Mark Friday evening, January 14th for the Oregon Track Club Masters Annual Dinner. The club will repeat last year's popular location - the Boulevard Grill on Franklin Boulevard, the old "Black Angus" site a few short blocks east of the university area. At this site, we'll have a bar where you pay for your own drinks while you socialize with other members and our guests of honor.

7:15 and on Election, Awards, Speaker Cathie Twomey Bellamy

The club has selected local coach and former elite runner, Cathie Twomey Bellamy, as its featured speaker at the dinner. Cathie Bellamy, coach of the Eugene Running Club and the former track and cross country coach at Marist High School, was one of the nation's elite women runners earlier in her career, taking part in several Olympic trials and was a member of the US gold-medal winning team in the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in 1984.

Election, Awards
The Annual Dinner includes electing next year's officers and some board members, recognizing special achievements by the club's masters athletes, announcing the winner of the Arlene Noviello volunteer award.

We will also be presenting awards for the 2010 OTCM Performances of the Year.  Only a small number of marks have been automatically entered from major meets.  You must submit your own marks to be eligible for the awards.

The $15 price includes a club subsidy for the price of the dinner and the gratuity. Please get your entries in early so we can get a count of attendees to the restaurant.
