Oregon Track Club Mastesr October Presentation and Social

Robert Wayner, PT, will speak on the topic Strength Training and Injury Considerations for the Masters Runner.  Robert enjoys working with runners of all levels and abilities in rehabilitation and performance training.  He is also an experienced runner having competed in XC and track for four years at college and placing 10th in the 2009 Eugene Marathon.

The meeting will start at 7:00 PM with light refreshments and a social time, with Robert Wayner, PT, speaking at 7:30 PM, and then club announcements and a raffle.
